We have used various type of SFPs from FluxLight with zero problems with compatibility. I would highly recommend them.

Most top of rack or other core switches only have SFP slots. This is a great way to add copper connectivity. Works great.

Had a small issue with a a part I ordered that was out of stock so they automatically sent a different part without asking. I called and they were more than happy to return, they should have asked before shipping. Still like this company though very easy to work with
