Would consider myself a pretty savvy online shopper and was delighted when i found this site. Ex demo hut provided me with a 'Samsung Syncmaster' monitor, 28% cheaper than the cheapest i could find at the time. I contacted them and spoke to Sean who I found to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am always apprehensive when something is so much cheaper than everything that's available but Sean, I felt, was extremely honest and transparent. I ordered on 2/6/14 and received it on 04/06/14. The monitor was in impeccable condition, not a mark or any signs of use, anywhere and had 31 months of a 36 month warranty, remaining. I don't normally leave reviews unless I've either had a really bad experience or a extremely good experience and my dealings with Sean and Ex demo hut has been the latter. Everyone loves a bargain and I am absolutely delighted with mine. Will most definitely recommend and use again.

The item is an ex-demo model but it as new condition with all accessories and a full cartridge of toner and is working as expected without any problems so far.
