At the point of purchase I made the request to withhold the delivery for a week as I was away but the PC was dispatched the next day and I had to get some one else to receive it. As I checked after 1 week the quality is not impressive. In particular the cheap replacement keyboard and mouse. This discontinued product is not worth more than 450 and I paid 600. Will definitely return it. 3 stars are for return policy if that works. Overall it was waste of time and money will not buy used product from them again. Dell refurbished are much better value and quality.

It's terrible your customers to use your services. You changed my laptop, you said I receive my new laptop next 24 hours, and I take my packet from depot. I loss a lot of time (two days) to receive my laptop. Your telephone services is terrible again. I never use your services in future, I don't recommend any my friends and customers to use your services.
