My experience so far with my Ephesus scooter has been good, both with the scooter and customer service.

Shipping and service was just fine however the S5 that I purchased Justice is a little unstable and has a wide Turning radius

Website needs to be more user friendly but service was good.

I bit confusing about which one I bought in terms of battery. Gaining info about the battery, in terms of whether I need a special transformer to charge in Europe without hurting the battery, wasn't answered. And thought the battery was removable but isn't.

Did not work.
