I received a new amp, tower speakers from Emotiva, and was immediately impressed not only by the sound quality but especially by the build quality. I was so impressed that I ordered and received a subwoofer. Here's what is even more important, however. Customer service. I followed the instruction manual, and no audio was coming from my new subwoofer. I called, and a tech patiently walked me through several checks, and lo and behold, the subwoofer was brought alive.
