Ultra Online EU

It has now been more than 16 days since I paid for this item, and I am not even able to track my order yet. I have already bought another phone, as I need one, and I have no way of knowing when Ultra Online will deliver my order. The same thing happened with my previous order, and this one will most likely be delayed even further in customs as well, whenever it gets here. It is frankly more than a little disappointing, and I will not be making any purchases from Ultra Online.

I have almost been waiting 2 weeks since the label was printed for them to actually hand over my packet to fedex, so they can begin delivery. Not okay
