When I saw the best deal for the two Nokia X10 phones I wanted at UltraOnline DE, I didn't hesitate to order them but it wasn't until I confirmed the order (and could no longer cancel) that I noticed they were being shipped from Hong Kong (I deducted a star for this but, to be fair, that might have been down to me not paying enough attention). I immediately feared a 'slow boat from China' delivery of 8+ weeks. I then read some reviews about the web-site being a scam and orders not being received etc... and so I felt like I'd made a horrible mistake. To my delight, however, the phones, despite a small delay at the Hong Kong end (I queried this via e-mail and received a prompt and polite explanation from UltraOnline), were fairly swiftly flown out and a day later landed in Frankfurt, with on-line tracking following them every step of the way up to that point. A few days later the phones arrived via UPS, very well packaged, exactly as ordered (they are UK-spec phones and so two additional mains adapters had been included free of charge) and with no hidden Customs or postage charges to pay. The whole experience, although delivery did take longer than I'd originally hoped, was excellent and so, despite the negative reviews, I can only recommend this seller, providing you don't want next-day delivery!
