Quality of the drone is amazing. Right from the box to the drone and controller. If you’re a beginner you can connect your controller to your phone and do a full flight sim course before actually flying the drone. This builds confidence when you actually fly it for the first time. Flight is simple and with the lidar and collision sensors it gives peace of mind that accidents can be avoided. The image quality is great. The max flight time and max distance are always under “best” case circumstances so don’t expect to get those numbers.

The Matrice 4 Thermal we purchased is ideal for our developing search and recue capability. There's a steep learning curve from flying Mini 4 & 5 Pros, but once we figured out the buttons and features, it became quite intuitive. There's lots of You Tube videos to help us out in training.
