I honestly regretted not making my way to a local, well more local retailer to just pick it up. I would have liked to have known how long delivery would take some time during check-out before paying so I could make a choice. . otherwise, fine. No need for the coupon.

Shipping and communication were good; I wanted to return and upgrade my drone but they charge 15-20% restocking fee for returns AND exchanges/Upgrades, which is pretty inconvenient. I wouldn’t purchase here again because of this. Other retailers have much better return/exchange policies. I find this to be odd seeing as I wanted to change to a more expensive drone. As someone who owns a few businesses, I would not operate like this. Good customer service earns repeat business. Gouging customers means they don’t return.

I was under the impression that I would have this drone in a few days Turns out it was shipped by ground to Vancouver even when they said I qualified for free shipping. You could not put it o. Ext day delivery? When I said over 1500$ Still don’t have this Drone . As of this review 😩
