Im not sure what I’m reviewing, so maybe fix that. But as for service, dronepoint has been excellent! The shipping speed and packaging have always been excellent across all my orders. As for the products, everything has been in brand new condition and worked completely fine!

I like very much my drone, I also have the Mavic mini. Is there a problem whit the gimbal.? It does not react like my Mavic mini.

So far, I'm really enjoying the camera - rspecially love the size/compactness of it. My challenge with the purchase was getting a hold of someone at DronePoint. I called multiple times and left a voicemail too, but never heard back.

When I ordered the 2 batteries, the description said they were in stock. However, they were not in the shipment and arrived weeks later, too late for the trip to ukraine

Shipped me a different drone than the one I ordered . They caught it after it shipped. Emailed me and sent me proper return Purolator labels to be returned to shipper . Still waiting on my original shipment.
