Camera came with wrong SD card and nothing was done to correct it.

I ordered a DJI Air3S Fly More Combo w. Value package that includes the Nanuk case and a memory card. I caught them at a weird moment immediately after the holidays and while they were able to ship the drone right away (arrived in Kamloops 1. 5 weeks after order), they were out of stock on the case for another week. It shipped when they said it would - the day after their fresh stock arrived. I received the case 1 week after it shipped. The memory card is coming separately and should be here in a few days. Additionally I did DJI care refresh for 2 years with 4x replacement…. which Drone Point registers before the product shipped so there was nothing for me to do. Generally I received responses to my emails day of or next day. I’d definitely order from them again.

Easy process, emails with updates, will definately use them again.
