Great service

The staff, including Vikram and others, were brilliant in their approach. The item I received has a faulty camera, despite my numerous re-installations of Windows from the manufacturer's site and a clean copy from the Microsoft site. I have the option to have it serviced within the next two years, and I will do so when I get an opportunity, as I am currently in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Delivery was incredibly quick. Device was as advertised! Will order from here again if I want another GPD or other handheld.
