My item never arrived. so giving it a 1 star because Droix just scam people for a living. do not buy your product here.

havent recieved my package after 18 days

DHL lost package Had to fill out lost package form myself Droix offered to resend product with expedited shipping that they would then bill ME for. disappointing, got a refund

the tracking number provided to me isn't valid, no way to contact droix as the customer service email and contact doesnt work (i use an android on google chrome), the customer service page glitched out and wouldnt let me submit anything. I will not be using Droix services and I advise avoiding this company in the future.

I have had some of the worst customer service I've ever had dealing with this company. I bought the OneXPlayer and it's been a total joke trying to get that thing to run. All I've been getting is the run around every single time I follow up with their department about what is not working. I am incredibly disappointed and I don't even know if I'll be able to return this product even though they claim to have money back guarantee...
