Fast delivery Product arrived without any issues

Not the first time ordering from Droix. Their service and support are always outstanding. The device I ordered (Beelink SER6 Pro) is great.... but I had to take off one star: the built-in Bluetooth does not work very well at all. There are interferences, lagged and repeated unwanted inputs from my devices. The same Bluetooth devices are working perfectly fine on my other devices bought from Droix such ad the GPD Win Max. I actually had to disable the bluetooth from the Beelink SER6 Pro and had to buy a separate USB dongle. Things have been much better since then, but I am losing one USB port, no big deal I guess as I still have 3 more I can use. But the built-in Bluetooth is deficient which is why I am using an external one.

I think one shouldn't have to pay post fee if they are buying such an expensive device

The order did arrive in time and the packaging was fine. But I needed to pay a customs fee to release the item at customs (Germany)
