Great store! With a few little improvements you will do great for years to come.
Just a couple things to point out for rating 4/5 and not 5/5, you have a great store and I hope it keeps doing well.
First of all, congrats on the good job already done. Your store is probably the only one where the Miyoo Mini+ listing didn't have a Google-translated product description from Chinese that makes half sense which shows you care about your site and reputation and not just for selling stuff for a quick buck. Also it was the only store looking reliable enough at a first glance that also had stock.
>Droix.net and Droix.co.uk made me anxious about ordering at first, I was searching on twitter and google and reddit to figure out which one is the real one until I realized one is the global and the other the UK store
>On Droix.net it shows you how many items are available (not on the UK store. Why?) and from the day I ordered until later it kept showing 30 available so maybe thats broken? I was lucky though and my order was in stock so I won't have to wait more or cancel
>When I got the tracking number as most people I googled "DHL tracking" but it didn't work as it turns out they have separate tracking for global mail which I know is not your issue but maybe a link to webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com can be provided on your store page
>On the Miyoo Mini Plus page it doesn't show whether or not it comes with a screen protector (I know it does). You should include "box contents" for every product. Also I would put a "recommended" section on every product page with stuff you could buy along with the one you're looking for. For example I'd recommend an SD card for the miyoo mini+ and you can start selling SD cards as well, or accessories for the device.
>I also received this survey twice. Once for droix.net and once for droix.co.uk even though I just made a single order from .net . FYI I will copy and paste the same to both.
