Quick and efficient. Shame the courier let them down by just dumping the package on the doorstep.

Ordered a Win Max 2 and case on back order over Christmas and it came within 2 weeks and it's a perfect little gaming machine! So far used it to play Destiny 2 and Minecraft dungeons. Only issue I had is the SSD corrupted. When I sent it back to Droix for repair it was sent received repaired and returned within a week! Excellent service.
