The staff, including Vikram and others, were brilliant in their approach. The item I received has a faulty camera, despite my numerous re-installations of Windows from the manufacturer's site and a clean copy from the Microsoft site. I have the option to have it serviced within the next two years, and I will do so when I get an opportunity, as I am currently in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

I didn't want to buy from the manufacturer and then have to wait for international shipping with the possibility of damages, delays and import tax. Droix despatched order the next working day via DPD next day and it arrived promptly in perfect condition. The customer service was great as well. Would definitely recommend.
