I had so many questions when I first walked in. They were patient, knowledgeable and genuinely excited to talk about their products (without sales pressure) I first purchased the DJI NEO to play around with and learn a bit. Then, when I went in AGAIN, with even more questions, I took home the DJI AIR 3S. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Good to deal with so far. I haven't had to deal with customer support as of yet. They kept me informed of the back order and shipping status.
