Received as expected always easy with Dr Drone

My first contact with DrDrone was when the Mini 2 was introduced. They spent considerable time patiently describing the technology in general and the Mini 2 specifically. I didn’t buy a drone then but I always remembered how absolutely accommodating they were. Fast forward to present day and I am now the owner of a Mini 4 Pro. Even at this point my experience rated a 5 out of 5 but the story doesn’t end there. After my purchase, I decided to opt for the DJ Care Refresh package. I unfortunately was heading out of town, I could not locate my serial numbers and the deadline to register my drone was fast approaching. David, at DrDrone, guided me through the entire process of retrieving my serial numbers, and with me having no internet access, actually accepted the information and completed the registration for me. This took a lot of time, a lot of effort and a lot of patience. Not once, did David or anyone else at DrDrone show the least bit of frustration. My satisfaction was their only concern and I very strongly recommend DrDrone.
