Order taken but took a few days to indicate that item wasn't available. Then asked if I wanted to cancel as if I had some choice to make.

The first time I tried to purchase wire, I tried to purchase 100 foot of 12 pair low volt wire. I received the order and it was 10 foot too short so me and my guys loaded all her equipment back up and I had to return the wire for a replacement that was supposed to be 100 foot well the second time they sent me the order it was 1 foot short exactly the amount I needed to make my splice is in the J box I could not get them to cut the proper length of wire. I have not even bothered to return the last order. I just went ahead and ordered 160 foot hoping that I would get at least 100 foot out of it , how hard is it to cut wire that has the footage printed on the wire. Terrible customer service.

Has been 17 days since order was placed and still have not received product.
