The order and shipping were completed quickly. A product that I need was on back order but I was notified right away and an alternate option was provided. Great customer service!!

VERY VERY GOOD...

I'm a home owner with some company IT experience. During our remodel I designed and installed a whole house structured internet wiring system that runs all internet and streaming services to every room in the house (bathrooms excepted). I also use wireless but feel that wired is more reliable and faster. All of my connection items and tools were perchased from DLV and all worked first time - every time. I come back to DLV for incidentals. BTW - I am NOT a paid spokesperson for DLV.

Website is very easy to search and navigate to find what you need. I received an email providing a part number for an alternative for something that was out of stock. I approved and my order was processed. Great service. Overall the order process was great and shipping was quick.
