Great merch, fast service.

Was having a very hard time finding my favorite battery. I emailed/called several companies and yours was the only one I heard back from and the reply came within an hour. You did not have the battery I was looking for, but suggested a similar one that ended up being much less expensive and worked out just fine. I probably emailed back and forth about ten times and every time was prompt and helpful. I am an older person and cannot find things as quickly as others, but your people were very patient in getting me what I needed. Very very impressed and grateful!
