Ordered two ego batteries and the buttons were stuck down. Barely work

Twisted the battery from the cartridge and the battery unit came apart. Very cheap product.

This company is bullshit. I placed my order and received 2 confirmation emails but I still don’t have my order. When I go to the website to track my order it says my email is invalid and it’s like I never new made an order. I haven’t been able to get any kind of help resolving this issue with any of the fuckheads working for this shit company who rips people off. Fuck this company. You can keep your fuckin vape mod. I’ll take my money somewhere it doesn’t get stolen from me.

Had the thing 4 days, thought the blue color was super pretty, but it stopping working. Super disappointed.

I ordered a $14.00 product and never received it. Instead of replacing the product, I was told to contact my post master and file a claim. Not a great way to do business. Spread the word. Run away!
