Second time buying a vape from here. I bought the Mystica Aris II and it was great.. for about two weeks. Then the coil broke and the cartridge was unable to fit into the unit. Emailed three times.. sent detailed emails with pictures explaining the situation along with my order number and all information Nothing. Final order from this website.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Contact number on site is not in service. I emailed them 4 times and sent pics as requested for product that does not charge. AIRISTECHERBA VAPE. Suspect product was not new may have been re packaged. 5 days and no response or contact. Gave my cell # in email.

Over 2 weeks and lost in mail.
