Discount Vape Pen

I was told I was responsible for non delivered pkg! I call BS! Other companies have resent lost pkgs and company dealt w/delivery service…not the customer! Result….lost customer, never buy again from dvp!!!

I have not received my items yet!

This place charges so much extra money for 1 to 3 day shipping, now they want me to write a review on something I have received and is already 3 days late from the shipping I paid for and will not contact me back to refund my money

I bought a pulsar mobi, the day I got this in the mail it stopped working an hour later. Customer Service's only reply was to send me a troubleshooting video, which only worked long enough to let their 5 day 'company' policy warranty expire. Then when you try to reach customer service again, they are MIA. DO NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OUT YOUR MONEY & A BUNK PRODUCTS THEY(DISCOUNT VAPE) KNOWS IS FAULTY.

Not sure how you guys think business should be conducted but i can tell you charging a shipping fee to have it not item delivered is not the way to go. I was told my package was sent back for some unexplained reason. I was then told i have to pay additional shipping if i want items sent out again. Wen asked for reason why, my emails were ignored. I will go ahead and charge back my card as i always do when i deal with sheisters and scammers. I will also make sure to blast your company everywhere i can. Word in the cannabis community gets around quickly. And for what? For a $6 fee that you should cover? Unreal
