I didn’t get my full order

I've ordered twice from this site, ordering 5 cartridges at a time. Each order has had 1 defective cart, the wick isn't attached, inside the cart. If someone had just looked at these cartridges before they were shipped out, they would have seen that 1 cart from each order was defective. My remaining cartridges are ok, but they really made the oil taste bad, due to them being plastic, but they work in an emergency.

Worked really well for a few months. Now won’t heat up.

After a few days' use, I noticed that the top section felt a bit wobbly. It eventually came right off the battery; it's just press-fitted together. I pressed it together, but I suppose it's like something stronger. No complaints about the heating or charging.

when charging it never turns green, stays red, and pulling it is never too strong. had 4 of these from other places and only 2 out of 5 now been a decent pull, guess it reflects the price, roll the dice.. this was actually $3 more than my last one. thought I would have a chance on getting a good one. oh well....
