I wish they had come with instructions. I kept trying to charge on my phone charger cord, which is plugged into an AC to type C converter. They wouldn't charge. I then switched to an USB to type C converter, and all worked as expected. It would have been nice to know. I almost contacted you to say they were defective.

I came to this site looking for a specific item and they had it which was great. The biggest problem I have with this site was it took 5 days to ship (which is fine) and I payed for some sort of fee to make sure my package was handled good. Well, all the boxes were smashed so they either came like that to them from the factory or they were just smashing my stuff during delivery. I ordered 6 of the Esco bars and the first one is definitely working better than the last one I got but definitely not up to the standards that I would consider to be good or great…getting juice in my mouth and staying on for a bit after I stop inhaling. But I love the things so Im will to just keep trying. I would also recommend having more disposable rechargeable products. If you guys had limited edition ezee vape rechargeables I would s*** my pants or if you had vozol, or the belo plus in menthol or the me new spearmint ones I’d consider only buying from you absolutely. And being from California..I need a heavy supply!

They were not the longer ones I wanted.

I love the product but the quartz banger I got does not heat up properly and the oil just goes everywhere.
