Exceptional customer support from the sales department, going so far as to make sure I had all the components needed to complete my job. Some of which I didn't even know I needed, but would not have able to complete the job without.

Ordered some cover plates. First time using Discount Low Voltage. When I got the plates one was scratched. Called and they shipped me a new one no questions asked. Great prices, and fabulous customer support.
