I purchased 10 of the blank 48 port patch panels and a 96 patch panel. I was very hesitant about ordering over $600 of materials from a company I had never heard of, and could very well be a scam like so many on the internet that look legit but aren't. I took the gamble and ordered on. I opted for UPS ground delivery, about $60 In shipping and should arrive in 3-5 business days. I ordered Friday June 3, 2022, and kept checking my email for the notification that My shipment had been sent. By that Monday morning, the 6th, I hadn't received any response or confirmation and I was getting nervous about my decision. Then, that same afternoon, I got an email, the order had been received and that I could track it from my account on the web page. That led me to nowhere, as I couldn't even find a placed order or a tracking number, so now I'm REALLY worried about my decision. I email them to ask why can't I find my information. The response was phenomenal. I think within an hour or 2, I had an email with a tracking number. The shipment said 1 of 2 boxes, and I need these stat, which is why I chose the delivery method I did- cost effective vs time I had- allowed me to choose the 3-5 business days option. I email them again to ask why it says 1 package, and tell them I need both by the end of the week. Again, right away, I got an email stating that the shipment was together, but in 2 boxes and will arrive together. I reply back with a "thank you, etc" , AND EVEN GET A QUICK RESPONSE TO THAT! I received my packages by that Friday, June 10th, as scheduled. The only thing that changed was my delivery was changed from anytime up to 430pm- to anytime by 7pm (no biggie)...& that is technically on UPS and not discount voltage. I am absolutely impressed with this company. You have definitely gained a new customer and I will be sure to think of you in the future for my not urgent, and even semi urgent projects, if I have enough time to allow shipping, of course. I will highly recommend this company.
