Besides not having items in stock which is the norm instead of the exception now days the transaction was good they communicate letting me know the item was on back order and offered solutions on what they could do and let me decide, will use them in the future thank you

Prices were good. Shipping time was good. Shipping cost were reasonable. More product offerings, like keystone phone jacks would have made for one stop shopping. Overall I was very satisfied with Discount low voltage and will purchase from them again.
