My wireless headphones quit working and Decibullz honored their warranty and returned a new pair to me.

I was concerned that the hard material would not be comfortable but once they were formed to my ear they were perfect. Worked very well with keeping the sound out at the indoor shooting range. I would certainly recommend these to others.

However, the included tips were too large for my ear canals. After contacting your service department, i was sent, no charge, a set of smaller tips, which work just fine. The ear plugs do a great job, but the personal service i received is what will make me a repeat customer.
