Resolved issues, excellent customer service.

I bought these as a gift for my wife. Shortly after receiving them the battery life wasn't lasting very long. We followed the recommended charging instructions and nothing would work. I contacted Decibullz about the issue and they got back to me within 24 hours and agreed to resolve the issue because I saved the receipt and it was still within the one year warranty. They have awesome customer service and were very polite. I will definitely purchase another set of headphones from them. I had an issue with a set of high end head phones from a different company and they never returned my calls/emails or answered the request from their website. My wife loves these headphones and I'm glad I purchased them for her. You can't beat good customer service. I recommend this company for any product you are wanting to purchase.

My questions via email was answered quickly and courteously. Even though my earbuds was out of warranty, they offered my a discount on a new pair. I like the product and reordered new ones.

Terrific Customer Service

I have been using the wireless headphones for over a year and they are fantastic. Perhaps BECAUSE I've used them so much, a problem developed in the left one, with audio breaking up. I contacted CS, and no worries - they took care of the problem immediately. 5+ Stars

Replacement Ear Pieces

Very satisfied with the product. Constructive Criticism: I like the minimal packaging, but it was still in a very large shipping box which seemed unnecessary. But that could be the only option for all I know… The replacement earpieces were in a weird place on the website. They weren’t on the products page, you have to go to the accessories page which is small and at the bottom of the site. This was a bit confusing and inconvenient at first. This may lead some people to believe that you don’t offer replacement earpieces alone… Food for thought… Also, the reason that I needed replacement earpieces is because they don’t stick to the earphones very tightly and are therefore easily lost. Again, food for thought. I love the headphones though and I love the local company. As a business owner and entrepreneur these are things I would be glad to hear from customers. Cheers.
