I had posted an issue with the rubber coating on my headphones. It wasnt something that affected the sound quality but it was something I felt they should be aware of. I was contacted within 48hrs with additional questions which I was able to provide answers. A few days later I received another email informing me that they had been able to replicate what I had posted about and offered an exchange at no cost. I use my headphones daily and stressed that I would appreciate a very quick turn around which they did. Couldnt be happier with the quality of these headphones or the quality of service. Thank you! I ride airplanes for work, and this is a great battery-free way to actually hear my movies and music. I find I play the volume far lower because I can actually hear, and the quality is good. Every time I put them in I get that, "oh wow, they fit right" feeling.

This is an amazing product; I do use the decibullz to run and until I tried them, I have never used before any buds that doesn't move or fall from ears during the exercise practise. In addition, I had an issue with one of the sides and after contacting to technical support I received a replacement of the product. Very happy with them and with the company. Thank you you did a great job!

I don't know if it was my inexperience or what, but I just did not have the experience all the reviews gave. I could not get my ear plugs back in the proper shape. So your support representative is sending me a mold (which I did not have with my earphones). Hopefully I can get them to work after they are remolded!
