Poor quality

I needed to buy a filter for my current Nello pet dryer (that was only available online at the time of the purchase), so I called the store to see if they had it available. They informed me that they cannot help because I bought it from the online store. So I ordered a filter online but they sent the another dryer instead. I called as soon as possible. They promised to have UPS pick it up and send the filter on the following business day, so I canceled plans for the day. When I called that morning, they said that it was not processed due to issues printing the label. I had to wait until the next day for it to finally get picked up. I am still waiting for the filter.

I’m so disappointed with Cucko. I ordered a rice cooker 2 weeks ago, but UPS LOST MY PACKAGE. Cuckoo said I have to wait another week or so until their claim settles with UPS.
