You messed up the address and didn't refund the $15 I had to pay for re-routing. Never responded to the email I sent about it.

I’ve heard of the reputation this company has and it’s still a good one at that. But after I tried numerous times to cancel my order, I finally get an email almost 3 weeks later that my items have shipped. I appreciate everything they do for the retro gaming community but just a little disappointed at the lack of communication from their support team.

Quite disappointed that a $500+ order got shipped priority, not first class mail.

The packaging was smashed, scratched all over, and clearly opened and used prior to when I received it. The item itself was covered in finger prints and some sticky substance. If the return policy wasn't so difficult, I would have 100% sent back. That being said, it was very easy to connect to my Samsung QLED TV, and I was happy with how crisp the edges were, even on my 65" screen.

Placed an order for R-type for Snes back in February. Whilst I understand that there has been a delay in it's release (July), I was disappointing to note that payment has been taken from my credit card despite the faq on the site claiming that payment is only taken when items are dispatched. It maybe nothing to be concerned about at this time but it is unusual and can't help feeling nervous as this is my first time using this site.
