A lot of the items I want are never in stock, which is mostly out of your control but it's still frustrating.

After i ordered I got really sceptical because of the bad reviews but hey nobody is perfect. Although shipping did take longer then expected my order was complete and safe. However the communication made up for it because the response time was within 24-48 hours and sometimes even quicker. Make sure you check your spam folder also because a few of my messages were in there unfortunately. All in all this company has alot to offer with the shipping department fixed I think they will be top notch. I will order again.

Castlemania is my new favorite retro gaming store. The eye opening cables and having the ability to get the most out of my old hardware. This is the first place I go when I'm looking to add a new system to my setup.

I really enjoy Castlemania Games quite a bit and they are top notch most of the time. The one thing I have to ding a star for is the estimations for delivery times. The most recent example is for a G Comp Switch I ordered near the beginning of October. Originally these were slated to ship late December. Here we are with the most recent shipppng update that they were shipping on March 8th. It is now over a week and I have still not gotten a shipping notification yet. I have gotten used to anticipating the new update in April and this just isn’t something that I like at all. Other than this issue, everything else is great!

Sometimes it takes a long time for your order to be filled, because it's just one guy running the whole operation. but give it a month or two and you'll get your product. and the products that he sells are stuff that you can't get anywhere else so he does a good service.
