Short review: If you go to the website, it speaks for itself. It has a great User Interface and nice color themes that pop. Also, in my personal experience, I found it easy to ask a question about a product delay from the support email. I have used this site for a few products, such as a Brawler 64 controller. In that specific case, the controller had a defect and was not shipped until they had them all fixed from the seller. I emailed the support email on the website, and they replied fast and info filled: the email supplied me with information that was on the site and with updates on the product releases.
