You never sent the charging pad

I received the wrong product and tried to contact customer service to get this issued fixed and no one has contacted me back.

I received the watchband it’s pretty but does not fit. I have contacted your customer service department twice regarding this matter trying to get your help to return and a response. . so not real happy.

I never got the case and support hasn’t helped me yet. It’s been weeks
