Shipped wrong product. Need S26.

Customer service and their products are just too bad. I ordered for the leather cases, but what i received was a cheap, flimsy case. I tried to get in touch with the seller but they were not responding.

I placed an order on January 26th. Caseles sent me the wrong screen protectors. I reached out to them over 5 weeks ago and I still have not received my correct screen protectors. It is now April 8th. Not impressed.

I paid 50$ for a Carlos all metal phone case with built in screen protector and got a rubber sleave. Emailed your company and was sent another case and was told sorry for the inconvenience. Got another rubber sleave the holes dont even line up for my camera on my galaxy. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and federal trade commission

Unfortunately the screen protector cracked within 2 days of intalling it. A crack on an edge that spider-webbed across one of the camera lenses. No drops or anything that would warrant it. . . seemingly just from being placed on a table. Disappointing.
