Really liked the product, but shipping for my phone case took 3 weeks. No auto tracking from Caseles, they emailed once when product left China, never again rec'd a notification.

The case I bought did not feel quality, it looks and feels like pleather. Was it worth the price, absolutely not. If I paid $20, that’s even a stretch for the quality.

Shipping time was too long in today’s environment. The metal case broke after only 1 month of usage. How do I get a refund?

Sent wrong color and it’s more plastic rather than metal. This website has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. A ticket may open and you’ll never hear back. Tried email and chat, nothing. Keep in mind that you get whatever they send you and that’s it. Doesn’t matter if wrong product or not, communication ends at delivery.

Shipping time is horrible, took three weeks to arrive.
