Case is advertised as magnet compatible it's not

I have emailed the support team twice due to my recent order. I received the correct case but the wrong color. I am interested in getting the case in the correct color but have received no correspondence on this. I do not know if this is possible or how to go about it. I would apprecaite it someone could or would get back to me. Thank you.

Their cases are not as described and are defective! They are junk! They will not replace unless you pay shipping which is more than the value of the crap they are selling. Save your money - buy American made!

Do not get this case- it is cheap and poor quality and getting a refund is quite difficult and shipping is from china so it is a long wait to get the profit and returns are not easy. They want to give me store credit and not a full refund:(

Awful . I dislike their phone case . I want to return it . I initiated the return as soon I received the item . Surprise ! surprise ! They don’t want it back . They want to refund 1/5 th of the total price and for me to use the rest as store credit . I don’t wish to purchase any more from this awful site . Rating should be D minus , minus , minus .
