The cover was too thick not allowing me to use touch screen. I couldn't type one or us÷ my finger print to unlock my phone.

The buttons on the side is not visible. . Finger print scanning doesn't work.

I ordered a case for myvsamsung galaxy S22 ultra. I received the the case few weeks after I ordered it. Just to find out the case does not fit. It's seems to be the right case for my phone it's just a bit to small I can not get the case to snap closed around my phone. What a waste of money.

Product is good quality but not what I ordered. Very little response and help from customer service.

Phone did not charge with case on as advertised. Metal within case must not be big enough, as it did not securely hold the phone to the magnetic charger. It drops off with little effort. A small bump in the road will dislodge the phone. Also, when the wallet is magnetically attached to the phone, the phone gives a warning that the S pen will not function properly as the magnet interferes. This case looks nice, but functionally does nothing of what it's supposed to.
