Long shipping time, wrong item sent

Shipping took a long time and I received the wrong item—I ordered a case for an iPhone 13 mini and received a case for an iPhone pro max.

Case Not Tite

I went with a more expensive case thinking it work better the less expensive ones. I was wrong, this case won't stay on the upper part of the phone. I took the red protective tape cover off and it was alright for about an hour. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Although Caseles is based in

Although Caseles is based in Florida, like me, I was advised that a return would need to go back to China and would cost close or more than amount I paid for it. That’s not a good solution for US buyers. I don’t mind paying a normal return shipping fee, but had I known that I’d need to return to China, I would not have purchased it. I’d love to hear from Caseles with a more palatable solution for a return.

Really liked the product, but

Really liked the product, but shipping for my phone case took 3 weeks. No auto tracking from Caseles, they emailed once when product left China, never again rec'd a notification.
