Great customer service

Well, the package took a long time to come. My privacy protectors were missing and one of the mag grips was damaged. However, I love the case and customer support is handling my complaint.

It's durable and sturdy. My only problem is that the to piece doesn't stay on well.

It was easy to install my phone into the case. I was disappointed not to have a screen shield included with it. I guess I'll be looking for one in the near future.

Items need further description but it was relatively easy to get support (if you are patient for messaging relpy).
