I ordered a case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max, but instead, they sent me one for the iPhone 13 Pro. When I pointed out their mistake, they offered to let me keep the wrong case for free and said they’d send the correct one. The problem? By the time the 13 Pro case arrived (which took forever), I had already found a case for my new phone elsewhere. I explicitly told them I didn’t need another case and that I wanted a refund, as their policy clearly states they’ll refund or replace if the issue is their fault.
But as soon as I told them not to send another case, all communication stopped. Now, I’m sitting here wondering if they’re just going to send a case I don’t need anyway, ignoring my request entirely. I don’t want their case—I want my money back. This shouldn’t be so difficult. Their products are nice, but this experience has been a complete mess, and it’s making me think twice about ever buying from them again. If they keep dragging their feet, this might end up on TikTok or Facebook because people deserve to know what kind of customer service they’re dealing with. I’ll update this review once I know how this plays out, but so far, it’s been a disaster.
