You send a wrong case I send you email but no answer

I still haven't received my order

After waiting weeks for a shipping update, when I requested to cancel the order the shipping was confirmed. I have yet to hear from them again and do not have the ideas said to be shipped. I wanted to cancel the order and reorder something from them to give them the business, but haven't even been able to try that option.

I asked for a refund because the glass broke and cracked of the front and back on day 2. You guys refused to give me a refund. I hope you get back soon.

Horrible communication. Finally advised my cc that I never received it and they don't respond to me.
