It still hasn’t been shipped yet. BYD have built and shipped a car to me in less time it’s taken for the case to arrive. Didn’t realise your brand had an extra s on the end of it.

I still didn't get my package yet.

I cancelled my order via support email 3 times, beginning the day after I placed the order. Nobody responses. I received it about 3 weeks later and cannot even use it because it doesn’t fit my phone. I feel like I was scammed. Or someone gets back to me and accepts a return, I will let you know. This is one reason I like Amazon.

Your product is worthless. It doesn’t allow me to charge my iPhone 16 Pro while it’s in the Caseles case and it doesn’t charge the phone when activated. 100% worthless.

Returns should be free shipping. It’s going to cost more to return to china than the phone case is worth so I’m out 60$.
