Ordered over a month ago no package and tracking number won't track.

Zero stars!! Never received this entire order!! Reached out to company and all I get back is a request for a review!!

I never received my order paid over $70 for nothing

It’s been a month and I still have not received my order. It is well beyond the ‘receive by’ date which is the reason I ordered from this company in the first place. Two weeks after placing my order I reached out to the company and they just said ‘it shipped. ’ Awful customer service, false advertising on shipping timeline. These products ship directly from China. I’m still not convinced this website isn’t a scam. I am currently in dispute with my credit card company to receive a refund for this purchase that was never received.

It’s been a month since I ordered and I still haven’t got my case.
