Very slow shipping. Hasn’t arrived after waiting nearly a month

I am not sure as I am still speaking with support that indicates a U. S. , phone number.

I have yet to receive my phone case and you didn’t answer my email. You mis-represent yourself as a USA product. I couldn’t imagine a worse experience:

Horrible customer service No product sent, WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY

Nothing at all as pictured. Received cheap piece of plastic and no response from support to return/refund.
