The ad says that the cover is leather and it is not genuine leather. I need to return this item

You guys sent me the wrong size case and no lens protector I spent almost 100 dollars on nothing since i didnt get anything i ordered

This company is really bad. Took it too long to get a delivery number one emailed number three times I ordered the first case by mistake. The Devo cancel it, but they charge me. They never set me the product very, very bad.

Very disappointed with this Caseles seller lying to the client and never sent the package but sending tracking number how it can be when I contact them by email. They are asking me if I want in black or white on the first place My order was in red color trying to give as a present for my wife and they are expensive but they don’t have in stock and lying that they ship it the item and it was never shipped and when you’re asking them to refund for amount that you are not interesting in other colors they never get back to you with confirmation of refund on email I have no choice and contacted my bank institution credit card for refund to dispute the charges. Will not recommend to anyone to purchase from this seller online. Not hones seller to deal with.

Dealing with Caseles is one of worst retail experiences I have experienced. The case for my I Phone did not fit. It took over 3 weeks from the day I ordered there case to arrive at my home. It was shipped from China. When I asked to return the case, it was very complicated. If I did return the case, it would cost a minimum of $100. 00, well over what I paid. To return, it must be returned to China.
